Q: Is it permissible to recite Qiraat loudly in Nafl and Sunnah Salaah?

A: With regards to the Sunnan and Nawafil of the night, one has a choice between reading loudly or softly. As for the Sunnan and Nawafil that are performed during the day, one should recite softly. {Aap Ke Masa’il 3: 71}
