Q: In a business where the majority is owned by the father, is it permissible for a son who is a manager to take more money that is above his stipulated salary without permission?
A. The business belongs to the father and not the son. The son is merely working there and receives a salary. If the son takes more than what is due to him it will be stealing and sinful, even though it’s his father’s business.
