Marrying after Talaaq Baain (Irrevocable Divorce)

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askmufti.co.za
Q: One talaaq baain (irrevocable divorce) was issued.
1: After the Iddah (waiting) period, can the lady marry anyone of her choice or does the husband have to give her the other talaaq before she is free?
2: During her iddah, the husband wants to take her back but she is not sure that this is what she wants, he is trying to court her to win her back, is she allowed to go out with him, considering that she is sitting in iddah?
A: 1: She may marry anyone of her choice; there is no need for another talaaq. In any case, such a talaaq will not occur because after the iddat the marriage is over.
2: She is not allowed to go out with him because she is sitting in the iddat of a baain talaaq.
