Is necessary to wash under chin during wudu?
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāhmu `alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The face must be washed from the hair line to below the chin and from one ear-lobe to the other. (Bahisti Zewar Pg.54 – Zam Zam Publishers – 2005)
The portion between the bottom of the chin and the throat is not a part of the area of wudu.
