In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

If a person ejaculates by looking or pondering about a woman the fast will not break.

( أوأنزلبنظر ) إلىفرجامرأةلميفسد ( أوفكروإنأدامالنظروالفكر ) حتىأنزللأنهلميوجدمنهصورةالجماعولامعناهوهوالإنزالعنمباشرة (مراقيالفلاحمعحاشيةالطحطاويص 658 العلمية)

However, if a person uses his hand, even once, due to which he ejaculates, his fast will break. He will have to make up that fast but kafārah will not be necessary.
