| I am working as software professional in a company. We are doing development/maintanence and supporting projects to various clients of Banks, Healthcare, Logistics and Telecom.
I have been assigned to do maintanence /support for the project called Raboshop of Rabobank. This is an electronic procurement shop application of Rabobank. Now i have been promoted to look after various other projects of Rabobank. Also i am responsible to build , mentor and motivate the team which i am leading right now on the technologies and other soft skills. Kindly let me know whether i can continue this job as i am managing/supports projects of Rabobank ( The Netherlands). This bank is a consortium, co-operative banks majorly to take care of agriculture of The netherlands. Is it permissible for me to work? |

Assalaamu alaikkum( varah), I am very happy to see your answer. Further to your Fatwa ( 16905 ) , I do have few doubts,
Request you to clarify following,
Shall i involve in new development project for Rabobank for which i may need to collect requirements from various business analyst of Rabobank and deliver the product/project/application which invloves interest?
Whether i can go to Netherlands and work for short time to get Knowledge transfer of existing application and come here to execute ( support & maintanence) the same from here in india? Again salary will be paid by my company.

1. Could you explain what exactly will you be doing in this new development and in which way does it involve interest?
From your second query we understand that you wish to go to to study the software programme and implement the same in .
1. Does this software deals with interest etc?
2. Is the software multi-functional?
Kindly clarify the above and we will be more than happy in answer them for you.
