I do the job in Paytm. My department is oil and gas department. In my job profile I contact the petrol pump owner to provide him Paytm facility. Paytm is a mobile app. It is a mobile wallet and through the Paytm you can do the shopping. I take the pump document for create their account in Paytm. If anybody pays the bill of petrol or diesel through Paytm, our company hold their pump payment for 24 hour under Paytm and take the interest through RBI and after 24 hour my company send the payment into the pump’s owner bank account. My company distribute the salary by that money which he take from RBI as a interest. So please tell me that my salary is Haram or not?

When Paytm takes interest from RBI and you get your salary from that interest money then how this salary could be halal for you. You should search any other lawful job and when you get one then leave this present job.
