I am in deep pain because I have only one testical either by birth or it no descended at the time of birth . My semen analysis is normal The urologist told me that not to worry about it beacuse one testical is enough for me to have babies after getting married .In such cases the single organ do more work . I am going to be married after few months . Should I tell the girl whom I will marry that I have one testical before marriage.It feels very ashamed to tell her. How should I proceed The other option is to implant an artifical testical . Is it permisible in islam. Please guide. hope to listen from you soon
1. If you are certain that after getting married, you have the ability of sexual intercourse, based on a reliable physician, then it would not be necessary to inform her. You may get married with informing her.
2. Artificial testical implant is permissible on condition that it is decided by a reliable physician and you are certain the operation will be successful.
