Please can you narrrate the hadith.

Answer

1. Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] is reported to have mentioned: ‘The one who revives a dead Sunnah after me (after my demise) shall receive the reward of all those who practice upon it without any of their rewards being decreased…’ (Tirmidhi; ibn Majah)

2. Anas [radhiallaahu anhu] reports that Nabi [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] addressed him saying, ‘O my son, if you are able to pass the day and night without any ill-feelings in your heart for anyone, then do so because verily this is from among my Sunnats and whoever loves my Sunnats loves me and whoever loves me shall be with me in Jannah.’ (Tirmidhi)

3. Abu Hurayra [radhiallaahu anhu] has reported that Rasulullah [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] has mentioned, ‘The person who holds fast to my Sunnah during the time when my Ummah is corrupted shall receive the reward of a martyr.’ (Tabrani; Abu Nu’aym)

4. Aaisha [radhiallaahu anha] is reported to have said that Nabi [sallallaahu alayhi wasallam] has mentioned, ‘The one who holds steadfast upon the Sunnah shall enter Jannah.’ (Daar-e-Qutni)
