What is ruling about women drinking/eating from the same vessels used by men especially in case of ghair mahrams. i.e. without washing in between

people use water glasses etc placed in public places.Also in office men and women sometimes share food from same plate. What is ruling with evidence.

Answer:

There is no prohibition in Shariah for males and females to use the same
utensil kept for public usein public places. However, it is against shame
and modesty for a strange (Ghair mahram) male and female to share between
them the contents of one utensil.
