I hope this email finds you in good health. I wanted to inquire about an urgent matter that I am currently facing at the moment. Recently, I have started training with a specialist recruitment company from the Uk, who have an office in Doha, Qatar. Basically this company helps large and medium companies with filling their vacancies by providing candidates from around the world.
Now my concern with this company is; they often hire for large Islamic and non Islamic banks in Qatar and get a fee paid to them upon successfully placing a candidate.This is recruiting across all areas like Finance,Accounting , Information Technology,Sales and marketing etc.
My questions is, is it permissible to work for such a company that gets paid by banks for meeting their recruitment needs? I read from your website that if you are not directly involved in the write down of interest, it is permissible to work in that organization. The company I work for is known as MICHAEL PAGE.Moreover, I would like to know if the Islamic banks based in Doha are complying fully with sharia standards and is it permissible to work for them?
Your clarifications will be crucial to my decision and I will highly appreciate any feedback from your side.

It is permissible to work for the company in reference .
However, we are unaware if the Islamic Banks in Doha are Shari`ah compliant.
