This is related to my older query (Question: 31872 :If someone misses only one round of tawaf e umra..).First of all, I want to know how many round of tawaf is fardh in Hanafi fiqh ,seven or four. If it is four round then ,one thing is clear to me that since someone has left a wajib act so he is paying penalty. But my question is if someone even missed a round then does not it imply that he had not exited from ihram and therefore all prohibitions of Ihram prevails including sexual intercourse ? If a person after realizing the fact that he had missed one round , lives normal life say put on normal cloths does sexual intercourse . Are these permissible after realization ?

As per the Hanafi Fiqh, four round of tawaf ziyarah and tawaf of umrah are fardh while the rest three are wajib.
والحج فرضه …. ومعظم طواف الزيارة (درمختار) وهو أربعة اشواط وباقيه واجب (درمختار مع شامي: 3/469) وفى العمرة قال : فالاحرام شرط ومعظم الطواف ركن وغيرها واجب هوالمختار (درمختار مع شامي : 3/476)
If one round of tawaf ziyarah or tawaf umrah is missed, one should make it up. However, after the completion of rukn his ihram came to an end i.e. if after that one commits a thing that is forbidden in ihram then due to it no sadaqah or dam (slaughter of animal) would be wajib.
