Giving out any residential place or any shop on rent is the reflection of the business of interest in its concept. Is it right or wrong? please elaborate with reference to Quran and Hadith.

If the exchange of rupees is with rupees then dealing with difference is called interest. If there are rupees on one side and goods on the other side or any benefit, then the definition of interest does not apply to it. Hence, it is lawful to give the house or shop on rent definitely and there is no doubt of interest in it.
