What is the law for slandering a married girl?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
When any person or persons commit act of “TUHMAT” (slandering) on any married girl

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST BENEFICENT AND THE MOST MERCIFUL

If Sharia Ruling is in practice and the victim demands the Qazi to implement “HADD” on offenders for slandering her, the Hakim or Qazi, upon being proved, would order to have 80 lashes on them. Even if the slanderer wishes to withdraw his speech or slander, it will not be accepted.

ALLAH KNOWS BEST.
