If, in a non-Islamic country, any Shariah committee exists which consists at least one or two Alim and they revoke the nikah in the light of Shariah as per the guidelines mentioned in “Al-Heelah al-Najizah”, then the nikah revoked by them shall be considered applicable as per the Shariah.
