Is shaving beard allowed in Shafii madhab? When is shaving beard allowed in Islam?

I have not found any opinions from the four main scholars (Maliki, Hanafi, Shafiee, and Hanbali) about shortening the beard; but we do have some rare opinions from other scholars. According to my research it is not allowed to shortening a person’s beard or to color the hair of the head. It is allowed to dye a person’s hair but should be any color except black.
