Are women allowed to recite Quran in a beautiful tone and voice (where no ghair mahram can hear)? My teacher said it should be avoided, but what about the haqq of tajweed? Didn’t Abu Musa alAshari recite it beautifully like Dawood (AS)? Is the ruling different for women?
If any strange (non-mahram) man cannot hear the voice, then there’s nothing wrong with a lady reading the Quran out loud.
