Is it necessary to conceal the Satr always?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria

Is it necessary to conceal the Satr (Portion of the body that shari’a has defined to keep covered for males and females) always? Is it necessary to conceal the Satr even while bathing in a closed bathroom?
I heard that it is Fardh e Da’imi (a continuous obligation). Please explain in the light of Quran and sunna?

الجواب حامدا و مصلیا

Yes! It is an enduring obligation and a mandatory order that the Satr (the parts that are compulsory to cover) be concealed at any cost. However, it could be revealed to the extent of necessity at the time of answering the call of nature, sexual intercourse etc., whereas while having a bath if it is difficult to take care, there is an allowance to reveal it as well.
