In the name of Allah, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,
Islam is a religion of modesty. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Modesty is part of faith …” (Tirmidhi: 1313)
All actions and conduct should reflect the modesty of a Muslim. In regards to group sex apart from the modesty issue there is also the issue of satr (covering the body). It is stated in Raddul Muhtar that a Muslim lady can see only those parts of another lady that a man can see of a man (In another words all parts apart from the naval to the knee.) when there is no fear of sexual excitement. (Raddul Muhtar, Vol 5, P262)
Due to the above issues, it is clear that group sex is not permissible.
