I would like to know if it is necessary to wash the hand which we held the private part with while urinating as some scholars said the hand becomes automatically pure-even though a drop or two may fall on the hand whilst urinating- if we wash the penis with water.Is this true ?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
If you afre sure that all urine is washed away, the hand will be pure. However, if the urine is not washed away, or you are unsure, then you will have to wash your hands again,
Having said that, you should realize that there is a difference between cleanliness and between hygiene. You should try to wash your hands with soap, so that you may remove all germs and bacteria.
