Question
Please verify the authenticity of this du’a:
Allahummaq sim lana min khasyatika ma yahulu baynana wa bayna ma’asika
Answer
Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded this as part of a longer du’a which Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) would often recite when gathered with the Sahabah (radiyallahu ‘anhum).
He has declared the Hadith sound (hasanun gharib).
