Q: How do I make the adhan and iqamah?
A: The Adhan “consists of 15 phrases. The caller slowly recites it while elevated, ritually pure, and facing the qiblah with his index fingers in his ears.”1. Allahu Akbar

5. ash-hadu al-la illaha illa-llah

For the fajr adhan, “as-salaatu khayrum-min an-nawm” is said twice between phrases 12 and 13.The Iqāmah consists of 11 phrases which are said quickly.
