What if I forgot to take off my underpants during Umrah?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Answer:
For males to wear stitched clothing, such as underwear, is from amongst the Jinayat (violations) of Ihram. [1]
If you had worn whilst in Ihram them for less than half a day, the compensation for the violation is to give 1.75kg of wheat or its monetary value on charity. [2]
