Is it necessary to perform iztiba during all 7 rounds of tawaf during Umrah and Hajj?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My question is it necessary to do iztiba (keeping right shoulder open in tawaf of Umrah and Hajj) in all 7 rounds of tawaf or it is required in only first rounds of tawaf. Please give me the name of the book in which, it is mentioned that iztiba is done only in the first 3 rounds of tawaf?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1092/1086/N=1433)

(1) Iztiba is sunnah in all the seven rounds of the tawaf after which sa’i is performed not only in the first round or in first three rounds.
(2) We do not know any book which mentions iztiba as sunnah in the first three rounds. However ramal (walking while jogging and putting small steps) is sunnah only in the first three rounds after which there is sa’i. So is mentioned in al-Durr Wa al-Radd (Kitab al-Hajj 3:510, 511)
