Why have I had an unsuccessful life despite being 34, a Hafiz Quran, and an Engineer?

I am 34 years old, Hafiz Quran and Engineer but not punctual in reciting Quran. So now Hifz Quran is not strong. I have so far an unsuccessful life. I passed my education exams by cheating. I have poor brain. My memory is not strong. I cannot remember most of my past events as easily as other people. I forget people name quickly. If I do not do my daily job tasks for few days (like after holidays), they look new to me. If I study /read some topic, after ending it, I am able to recollect very few points about it and sometimes no points about topic. I need to put more stress on brain to make out what the author is trying to inform. My education basics are very poor and I am not good at Math. I have low intelligence. I am very shallow minded and do not think about matters from different perspective/deep thinking. I am very slow learner. Fail most of my job interviews. I have made wrong decisions in life about major things including about my marriage. I waste most of my time in entertainment things.
