Is it permissible for a girl to remove facial hair especially from upper lip and below the chin (light moustaches and beard)?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh
It is permissible for a female to remove her facial hair except the eye-brows and eye-lashes.[1] The hair from the upper lip and below the chin may be removed.
