Planting flowers on a grave and cordoning off the grave with bricks

Q:

1. Is it permissible to plant flowers and plants on the kabr of the deceased.

2. Also advise if bricks are allowed to be built around the kabr.

A:

1. Avoid this.

2. Cordoning off the grave with bricks in a privately owned graveyard is permissible. However, this is not permissible in a graveyard that is waqf .
