Question:
Is it permissible for a woman to remove facial hair? For example upper lip and chin (not eyebrows as I know this is forbidden). And is it permissible to remove arm and leg hair?

Answer:
It will be permissible for women to remove facial hair in particular from above their lips and from their chins and also from their arms and legs. (Raddul Muhtar p.373 v.6 & Khawateen Ke Le Jadeed Masaail p.88)
