If one tries to keep on wudu, and is in the habit of offer 2 rakat sunnah after each new wudu, is it possible to do so after one has prayer Asr prayer?

Yes you may.

It is permissible to offer nonobligatory prayers that are performed for a particular reason, such as the funeral prayer, greeting the mosque, or the two rakats that are sunna after ablution; and is also permissible to make up missed prayers.

Assalamu alaikum sidi,
The position of the madh-hab that it is permissible to offer prayers if the reason for praying occurs before the prayer, but not if it occurs after. So, for example, it would not be permissible to pray the sunnah of ihram during such a time. The same goes for istikhara, as its reason (receiving guidance) comes after the prayer.
