Q. The person that did not Memorize or did not even study the holy Quraan and knows Surah Fatiha, 3 Quls and recites that in his/her Salaah, is there any punishments for that person on the day of Judgment for not studying the Quraan?
A. A person should recite whatever amount/portion of the Quraan he/she knows in Salaah. At the same time, an effort should be made in learning and memorizing larger amounts/portions of the Quraan.
There is no punishment for not memorizing a large portion or the entire Quraan.
