Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: If I missed Asr namaaz, and I want to do the qaza at Maghrib time, which one should I do first, Asr or Maghrib Namaaz?

A: If you have no other qadhaa namaaz or less than five qadhaa then read the qadhaa first and then read the Maghrib Namaaz.
