Q. Does a woman have to give any Damm for covering her hands with her Burga’ in Ihraam?
A. The hands of a woman does not form part of her state of Ihraam. Hence, if a woman covers her hands with a Burqa’ or gloves in the state of Ihraam, there is no violation of the state of Ihraam and accordingly, no penalty applies. (Badaai-us-Sanaai 2/186)
