How is it that the beauty of the huurs of paradise have been lavishly explained in both quraanic verses and sahih Hadith but there is not a single SAHIH hadith or quraanic verse mentioning the beauty of a believing woman in paradise?

Because you haven’t seen a sahih hadith regarding the state of women of this dunya in Jannah, does not mean that there is no such hadith. There are plenty of hadith which state that they will be the queens of Jannah, and this is enough to explain their beauty. In Surah Yaseen ‘Hum Wa azwaajuhum’ indicates towards the wives of this dunya,
