Assalamu Alaykum,
Is there anything I could pray and blow onto a baby or something that makes the baby have a good upbringing and it becomes pious when it grows up?
Also is there something to pray to increase your knowledge (especially your Islamic knowledge) and memory?

Answer:
For pious children recite the following in your duas:
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنْ لَدُنْكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ ،
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ ،
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
To increase your knowledge, recite the following:
رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
To increase your memory, recite the following eleven times after every salah, placing your right hand upon your forehead:
يَا قَوِيُّ
May Allah grant you your wishes and bless you with countless blessings. Ameen.
