Question:
Is it permissible to have a profession/business as a makeup artist and some hairdressing (no eyebrow/eyelash plucking) offering services to only females (muslims/non-muslims) for occasions weddings/Eid etc, is the allowed according to shariah?

Yes, it would be allowed. However a word of caution; Be very careful!! People might ask you to shave their legs, armpits and other private places, or make some request which is contrary to Shariah, so you have to have an answer ready for such demands
