What should I do in this case where my husband wants to remarry and my children are not agreeing?

Assalam alai Kum Bhai Saab, i am passing thru a very bad phase. My sister & her son-in-laws practice black magic on my parents, my husband, me and my kids for property. the result is my husband who use to love us so much left us and is staying with her. My parents have gone against me over petty issues which are between my and my husband and support him. My kids and i are in a fix what to do. Past 5-8 yrs we have no physical relationship as he was stationed in riyadh and had a extra-marital affair there. Now he wants to re-marry as he brought the girl to our hometown , he wants me to sell my house which i purchased on my own money and give him 50% share so that he starts new business and settles with his young lady as he is 60 Yrs now. He refuses to give me Talaq or Khula. Pls advise what shd i do in this case. My grown up children are not agreeing to their father.

Recite ya Latif (یا لطیف) 1111 times after Isha salah with durood 11 times before and after. In-sha-Allah, you will feel peaceful and the husband will turn kind to you. You should live with your grown up children. You say that you all are affected by black magic, who did so, how did you come to know. Do not get in unnecessary suspicion trusting any unreliable person. Keep on reciting Manzil (booklet of Surah and duas) at home, in-sha-Allah all the bad effects will vanish with the blessings of the Quran. All the family members should regularly pray salah. Also, read out Bahishti Zewar or Fazail Aamal before the family members though for ten minutes only.
