Does morning and evening mean after Fajr and Asr or Fajr and Maghrib?

Question

I just wanted to know when people say for e.g. pray something (zikr) in the morning and evening, does it mean after Fajr and Maghrib or is it after Fajr and Asr?

Answer

Normally it means after Fajr and Asr. Some duas are for after Maghrib, when they say read this in the evening. e.g. Surah Waqia for rizq.
