Are McDonalds fries halaal? Under any circumstance is doing your eyebrows permissible? If so, when; and is getting rid of the hair between your eyebrows permissible? Is it permissible for a female to cut her hair as long as it is below her chest?
The matter of eyebrow hair removal is that if it is done only to make one’s self more beautiful and attractive then it is not permissible. But if a minor change is done in such away that is not very extensive or apparent, then it is permissible; especially for married ladies at the request of their husbands. The prohibition and cursing that we find in the books of hadith for individuals involved in this activity, is for those people who would remove their eyebrows completely and then replace it with artificial ones, or make in such away as to attract people towards them. If this is the case that it is not allowed.
It is not allowed for ladies to cut their hair. They should keep the length of their hair long.
