The main instrument that can help increase a person’s ability to memorize is staying away from sin. If anyone can stay away from sins his memory will become strengthened. But as a means of planning, you can read “Yaa Qawiyyoo” 11
times, while simultaneously putting you right hand on your head. Inshallah, this will also help in strengthening your memory.
