Are I allowed to pray when I see white liquid on my underwear?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org

Some times white liquid comes out while I am removing my underwear. Is it allowed to pray or what if I prayed my prayer will be accepted.

Are I allowed to pray when I see white liquid on my underwear?
That liquid which comes out of the man’s private parts (semen) is not pure. If the stain caused by semen on some body parts or any clothing is equal in size to a quarter or a half dollar sized coin then it is mandatory to clean and purify it; without which the prayers would not count. If it is less than this amount, and someone prays with it on his body or on his clothes, it should still be cleaned and purified but at least the prayer would count. It is not necessary to wash the whole underwear or piece of clothing; it is enough to just wash that part which is impure. We should wash that impurity which is on our body and on our clothes.
