Can we pray salaat after 10 days of having baby (period stoped)

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by ShariahBoard.org
Do I have to repeat my Ramadan qaza fasts (missed due to monthly menstruation) that I kept because I found out later that if you made intention of shawwaal fasts and Ramadan qaza fasts then you have to repeat your Ramadan qaza as it wont be valid. My problem is that I kept the qaza fast but don’t remember if I had joined the 2 fasts together. I know that water entering the vagina invalidates one’s fast. I have a habit that during istinjah I always clean inside too and water enters, but during Ramadan that habit continued and in more than half the fasts I did that by mistake i.e. water entered because I forgot I was fasting. Did my fasts break and do I have to repeat them. Its very hard because I think I have been doing this for 2 years which means that in 2 Ramadan I did this. I don’t even know how many fasts broke. Also, if by mistake while making wudu water went down your throat, does the fast break?
If water has been poured into any of the openings in the private area than the fast would be broken and a person would have to make up all those fast which were broken by this process. However there is no monetary penalty for expiation known as ‘kaffara’ because it was a mistake. If by accident, while making wudu, water goes into the throats it would also nullify the fast, which ought to be made up. There is a difference between forgetfulness and a mistake.
If somebody eats or drinks in the state of forgetfulness than the fast is not nullified. However, if it happens by mistake unintentionally then it would nullify the fast but there is no sin or kaffara. The person would have to make up the fast. Sometimes there is doubt between the fast of Ramadan and Shawwal, if the doubt is such that the person realizes that his intention might have been for both then it should be for the fast of Ramadan.
