If the members of ‘tabigh’ movement say that one must grow his beard and it is a conditioned to enter into the fold of Islam also it is a conditioned to enter into the fold of Islam that one must wear ‘kurta’. If this is the case then your question is accurate. Whatever necessary requirements are there to enter in Islam are the same in the eyes of all people including people of this movement. Besides that, it is necessary for a Muslim then he must have a beard and where a ‘kurta’.
