What is the age limit for a boy to become namahram?
When a person reaches the age of maturity or near it, the age that is called ‘murhaq’, all the rulings of mature people are applied upon him. In another words, this is a time when a person doesn’t become mature yet but he completely understands the conjugal relationship between men and women and also to some extent he’s capable of it. This is the stage he would be considered mature. The maturity of a kid is linked with the obligation of showering on him. If there is someone who never faced anything that obligates showering on him then that person’s maturity will be based on his age. Usually that age is 15 years.
