My left feet touches the ground and right feet rests on left feet halfway. I tried sitting in the recommended position but not comfortable (both the legs pains). Is it Ok if I pray the namaz in that position?

In this condition, however you pray your prayer will be accepted. If you take an easy way to pray, which is convenient for you, then your prayer will be accepted in that situation as well.
