When toilet paper is used to clean oneself in the washroom, can a person pray just by making wudhu or does he have to clean himself with water first or change his clothes? Please explain exactly what process to follow.
If somebody uses the tissue paper after relieving themselves, if it smears the excrement then using more tissue paper to get rid of that is not enough. Using water at this point becomes necessary. If the excrement doesn’t smear, then a person can make the ablution and pray he would not have to use water.
