We have no established organization. Some people pay donation but we dont visit the people for donation. My father maintain the account in bank which is in the name of mosque. We two brothers and our parents including my sister pay most of the funds for the salary of imam. Can we increase the salary of imam ourselves. Nobody is here who takes care or intrest for the needs of the mosque. We want to increase but can we do ourselves. Nobody asks us how much you are paying. Imam has two wifes&five children. Please guide us.
To increase the income of an Imam, if people themselves initiate some sort of proposal then there is nothing wrong with that. And people should try there best to accommodate and facilitate as much as possible for their Imams and increase in their salaries.
