Assalamu alaikum.
I would like to know sharia ruling about below issue:
My sister got married with a person 6 months back.She found her husband is addicted in some drugs and tried to guide him.She asked him even to leave all these and go to Tabligh but her husband denied.
But after several trying, no improvement happened.Rather,just 2 days before the eid ,her husband became very angry and was too much aggressive to kill his own mother for money & as her mother asked not to take drug.
Under this situation, his mother brought my sister to our house to avoid any mishaps. My sister is very nervous and feels very risky for her life.She wants now separation.
She guess she is pregnant for 5 weeks. If she is separated by divorce or khula,considering her future life and possibility of marrying other person after iddat,can she now do abortion as per hanafi fiqh?
Kindly advice.

It is incorrect to perform abortion in case of divorce or Khula‘, if performed it will be considered as a sin.
