Yes, it is permissible for girls to have such parties, provided the activities are wholesome and not immoral. It is also permissible for them to dress in a more relaxed manner, as long as their ‘awra is covered.
The ‘awra for Muslim ladies in front of each other in the area between the navel and the knees. They cannot be shown – except in cases of necessity like medical treatment. Not only that, but clothing that is skin tight cannot be worn if it shows the outline of the ‘awra to others who are not permitted to see it. [Ibn ‘Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar]

Sing Praises Of Allah and His Messenger
If these impermissible elements are not present then such parties are permissible. Use such events to teach them to bond with religious activities. Singing is wholesome, therapeutic, and an excellent way to bond with others. Encourage them to sing one of the many beautiful poems in praise of Allah and His Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace). It will nourish their souls and develop their religious identities.
