Bathroom adab

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by SunniPath Answer Service Team

After I do istanja , I get up and then wash my hands. After I wash my hands I then start washing the taps that I opened because I think they have najas on them . Is this correct? I do this too excessively. It does not seem normal . What should I normally do in the bathroom. Should I stop washing the taps like this? I wash them from where they are opened i.e. the top of the taps.
