He was shaving around his private parts and he started bleeding, it wasn’t a big cut but it wouldn’t stop bleeding, in the end he ended up staying in the bathroom way too long and missed jummah prayer because he was trying to stop the bleeding. What should he have done in this situation, will he be punished for missing jummah?
Allah Most High says:
“002.286 Allah tasks not a soul beyond its scope. For it (is only) that which it has earned, and against it (only) that which it has deserved.”
Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,
1. He did the right thing by letting the blood stop before doing wudu. This is a valid excuse to miss Jumu`ah (unless, of course, one cuts oneself intentionally… ), and he was not sinful.
2. After this, he simply needs to perform Zuhr prayer.
And Allah alone gives success.
